DESCRIPTION: A wonderful example of American handmade craftmanship! GMP guitars exploded onto the scene in the mid 90's with great colors, styles and custom options. This Pawnshop is one of those great early guitars that has to be played to be appreciated. Curly maple top over a mahogany f-holed body, with the famous Neil Heel set neck. Ebony fingerboard with abalone dot inlays, and double diamonds on the 12th fret. The most amazing feature is the guitar is FULLY bound with a very blue abalone! The only problem with this guitar is one chip on the horn and one chip in the clearcoat on the side of the neck. Comes with original G&G hard case. This guitar was hiding over in Japan for years with a collector (it still has the plastic on the cavity cover!), but now it's back in the states waiting for a new home.
